Taskheat AI Assistant Terms

You agree to be bound by these Taskheat AI Assistant Terms ("Terms") of the application "Taskheat", owned and operated by Eyen S.a.r.l., ("Eyen", "we" or "us"), which can be downloaded from the App Store (referred to herein as the "App"). Your use of any Taskheat AI Assistant (referred to herein as "Assistant") feature(s) is subject to your acceptance and compliance with these Terms. Each time you access or use Assistant, the current version of these Terms will apply. "Use" or "using" means invoking any of the functionality of Assistant.

Assistant includes the following functionality:

  • Generate enabling tasks
  • Generate depending tasks
  • Generate intermediate tasks

Additional functionality may be added in future releases.

Assistant is currently in Beta. Availability, content, pricing, and other aspects of this functionality may be subject to change in future releases.

You may provide input to be processed by Assistant ("Input") and receive the output generated and returned by the AI Assistant based on the Input ("Output"). Input and Output are your user content. You will ensure that your Input and use of the Assistant will not violate any applicable law. You are solely responsible for developing, operating, maintaining, and using your content. While we strive to provide the best results possible, the Output obtained from Assistant may be inaccurate, harmful, or biased depending on the subject and quality of the input data.

Taskheat uses technology provided by OpenAI, LLC ("OpenAI") to provide AI Assistant. You may not use Assistant in a manner that violates any OpenAI Policy, including their Content Policy; Sharing and Publication Policy; and Usage Policies.

Taskheat does not use your Input and Output or permit others to use your Input and Output to train any machine learning models.

Eyen does not collect, store, or have any access to the data transferred to or from OpenAI.
